Refund & Returns Policy

Non sale items purchased on our website only can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase - providing the goods are returned in a resellable condition and odour free, which is at our descretion with all swing tickets attached. Refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method and may take upto 1-2 working days.

If you with to exchange an item, we advise you to return it and then order a new product through our website.

Sale goods are non returnable.

For your own protection when returning items we suggest you send them recorded delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Overseas Deliveries

Please be aware that we can only ship to the card holders billing address. We ‘WILL NOT’ dispatch to any other address than the registered billing address of the card used.

International Orders

All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International signed for delivery.

Shipping to EU countries

EU deliveries take an estimated 5 - 7 working days to deliver. We have a standard delivery charge of £15 to all EU countries. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.

Shipping to USA and Middle East

Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set charge of £15 for all orders and takes 10 - 15 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically. 

Shipping Worldwide

Worldwide deliveries usually arrive with in 12 – 15 working days and we have a standard charge of £25 for this (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery quote.) Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.

Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
